What size range does Sussan stock?

Sussan currently stocks sizes 8 to 16 in most of our Apparel and XS to XL in Sleepwear.

Does Sussan accept Credit Card Payments over the phone?
Yes, Sussan does accept credit card payments over the phone as part of the "Phone Order" service.

Does Sussan have internet/online shopping available?
Sussan does not currently have online shopping.

I live hours away from the nearest Sussan store, how can I purchase stock?
If you know what it is that you would like to purchase, simply phone the nearest Sussan store and they will quite happily process your order as part of the "Phone Order" Service. "Phone Order" allows you to pay for your order via credit card. An additional $10 postage is charged on top of the price of your order and is delivered via Australian Air Express within 5 working days.

Will Sussan 'hold' garments for me?
Yes, Sussan will hold items for a maximum of three days.

Where are Sussan stores located?
Sussan Stores are located in most major retail strips and shopping centres. For more detailed information please see our Stores listing located on this site, or phone Customer Support on 1300 363 351.

Does Sussan have Layby?
Yes, Sussan does offer Layby. Layby runs for six weeks with payments to be made every two weeks. Upon laybying items, a 20% deposit will be required and if the layby is cancelled, a $5 cancellation fee will be charged.

Does Sussan have gift vouchers?
Sussan does offer a Gift Voucher service. Vouchers are available in any amount and are redeemable throughout all of Australia. Vouchers are non transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Vouchers are valid for a six month period and can be used in conjunction with any sale.

How can I find a size/style in another store?
Sussan offers a customer order service, whereby the store will phone other stores in their region to obtain your garment for you. This process usually takes about one to two weeks.

Can I get a discount at Sussan?
Sussan does not offer discount apart from special in store promotions.

How do I obtain a position at Sussan?
If you are interested in working for the Sussan Corporation it is advised that you send your resume to your nearest state office. Refer to our Careers section located on the website for more information.

What is the Sussan VIP Program?
At Sussan we like to reward our best customers, so we have developed a VIP program that rewards you for shoppping with us and looking good. Membership is by invitation only and it's free. For more information visit your local Sussan store.

What if I want to take advantage of a great promotion but I can't get into store on the specified day?
If you want to take advantage of a great promotion or simply can't get into a Sussan store, the "Phone Order" service allows you the flexibility to purchase over the phone and pick up your products at a convenient time for you (within store trading hours).

What is the Sussan refund/return policy?

SUSSAN REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS - TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Your right to a refund of purchase price

1.1 You are entitled to a refund for items you purchase from Sussan if the item is:
(a) faulty and the fault or defect was not pointed out to you before you purchased it or would not have been apparent to you when you inspected the goods before purchase; or
(b) not 'of merchantable quality', meaning that it is not of the quality that you reasonably expected when you purchased it, bearing in mind the way the item was described to you before your purchase and also the price of the item; or
(c) not fit for its purpose, meaning that the item does not do what you reasonably expected it would,
AND you return the item within a reasonable time after purchase and provide Sussan with proof of purchase, such as your Sussan register receipt or bank statement. If you do not return the item within a reasonable time, you will not be entitled to a refund the purchase price but you will be entitled to exchange the goods or have them repaired.

1.2 Sussan reserves the right to ask you to demonstrate that you did not cause or create the fault in the item.

1.3 If you are entitled to a refund but you would prefer to exchange the item or receive a Sussan gift card of equivalent value to the item, Sussan is happy to exchange or give you the gift card instead of a refund.

2. Sussan 'Change of Mind Policy'

2.1 Sussan is not legally obliged to give refunds of the purchase price or gift cards on items, or exchange them, simply because you have changed your mind about the purchase.

2.2 However under our own Sussan 'Change of Mind Policy', if you simply change your mind we do offer a refund, exchange or gift card of value equivalent to the purchase price for most items provided that: (a) you return the item within 14 days from the date of purchase; and
(b) the item is unworn and in its original condition; and
(c) all original labels and tickets are attached to the item; and
(d) you provide a Sussan register receipt as proof of purchase; and
(e) sale merchandise will only be exchanged.

2.3 The Sussan 'Change of Mind Policy' does NOT apply under any circumstances to purchases of the following items:
(a) earrings;
(b) cosmetics;
(c) lingerie; or
(d) hosiery

What is the Sussan Privacy Policy?

Sussan is committed to protecting your privacy. You will be asked for information that is relevant to your return or to satisfy legislative requirements. If you do not provide this information then we may be unable to process your return. For further information on our Privacy Policy click here.

When returning merchandise, you will be asked for your name and address and your signature as authorisation of the return transaction. This information will be securely stored for a reasonable period of time in line with our Privacy Policy.
